Terms and conditions
These cover the website. Paragon itself is governed by its own licence.
What this covers
This page governs your use of porticosoft.com and everything served from it: the pages, the guides, and the worked examples.
It does not govern the software. Installing or running Paragon is covered by the licence agreement supplied with it, which is a separate document and takes precedence over this one wherever the two touch.
The site as it is
The site is published as a description of what we make. We keep it accurate and correct it when it is wrong, but we do not warrant that every statement on it is complete or current, and nothing here forms part of a contract to supply anything.
The worked examples generate real documents on demand. They are a demonstration rather than a service: they are rate-limited per caller, they may be unavailable, and they carry no commitment as to availability or turnaround.
What belongs to whom
The text, images, code and design of this site belong to PorticoSoft, as do the names PorticoSoft and Paragon and the marks that go with them. The sample reports and their templates are ours and are published to be read, not redistributed as your own.
You are welcome to read the site, link to any page on it, and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your work, or reproduce it wholesale elsewhere.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is provided as is and without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may revise this page. The date at the top of it is the date of the version you are reading, and it is the only notice given.
