Four things turn a support thread into a single reply.
- The report code and the output format you asked for.
- The template, or the part of it that misbehaves — it is only HTML.
- A payload that reproduces it, with the real figures replaced by fake ones.
- What you expected instead, which is the one thing we cannot infer.
Please do not send live customer data. Paragon exists so that documents never leave your network, and an email to us is exactly the sort of trip it is built to prevent.
